FOE Your Diaper will accept returns on unused, unwashed new FOE. We regret that we will be unable to accept returns on thread. All FOE must be returned with our authorization and is at the buyers expense. Your purchase price (minus shipping costs) will be refunded in the same method that you made the payment (credit card - refunded to credit card, paypal refunded to paypal, bank transfers will be refunded via company cheque).
FOE Your Diaper will replace or refund any FOE that has any defects (dye runs, or error in FOE due to manufacturing error) for upto 6 months from the date ordered. FOE Your Diaper can not be held responsible for any FOE that was not tested for color fastness prior to using it.
