The files and images are to be used solely and exclusively thereof for use on garments and/or other items, and cannot be resold as continuous yardage of any amount, or as rolls purchased. The characters cannot be used or interpreted for anything other than the printed fold over elastic as purchased. The images are not to be shared, sold, traded, transferred or used for any other purpose. M.O.M. Designs, LLC reserves the right to license the files and images for all other purposes beyond the limited license contained herein, and to derive all revenues from resale of Ooga Booga printed fold over elastic distribution and sales. M.O.M. Designs, LLC retains complete ownership of the design(s) as well as the images, characters and graphics unless otherwise noted.
